Students in Years 4-6 at Feluga State School have an opportunity to be involved in our instrumental music program. Our instrumental music specialist teacher Mrs Keryn Turner is based in Cairns and runs weekly online lessons each Friday. Mrs Turner also visits the school each term.
Lessons generally consist of small group instruction, developing instrumental skills and fostering a love of music and band practice towards the end of each term. Within this program, the students also have an opportunity to perform at the end of year presentation night in front of their loved ones.
